$2 million in sales anchored

Boaties and investors have rushed the release of freehold berths at Hope Island Marina, with more than $2 million in sales secured by local and interstate purchasers.

Buyers have included current owners and renters at Hope Island Marina looking to re-invest, as well as new purchasers, some of whom have secured multiple berths.

Consolidated Properties project partner Lachlan Grantley said there was limited opportunity remaining for boaties to secure a berth to suit their vessel at the best available price.

“We have sold out of our 12m,15m and 30 metre berths and only have 14m, 16m two 20 metre berths, along with two CAT berths,” he said.

“We still have a good selection of 14 and 16 metre berths but boaties should inspect now to choose their preferred location in the marina.”
