The official launch of Hope Island Marina’s final freehold berths was marked by a stylish soiree held at the Boardwalk Tavern on September 16, which was attended by over 100 VIPs, local residents and boaties.
Guests were invited to register for one of the 69 marina berths on offer, and a number of expressions of interests were received on the night, demonstrating strong interest and a positive response to Hope Island Marina’s pricing, which represents excellent value for purchasers.
The festivities continued with family fun days held over the weekend, which included live music, face painting and a barbeque cooking demonstration by boating, fishing and cooking guru Andy Phipps.
The weekend events were well attended, with many people visiting to take a tour of the marina and discover the range of berths on offer.
Consolidated Properties managing director Don O’Rorke said the launch set a solid platform for a quick sellout.
“We were impressed by the early interest shown by those who attended our formal launch and family fun weekend – it’s a real show of confidence in the Gold Coast Marina market.”
