The unprecedented success of the Hope Island Marina launch has propelled developer Consolidated Properties to increase the prices of berths in its second release.
Berths in the first stage of the marina were offered at a special rate of $7990 per lineal metre, representing discounts of up to 30 per cent. Some lucky purchasers were able to save up to $115,000 on the price of their berth.
Mr Grantley said there is still limited opportunity to secure a berth at this entry level rate, before prices increase in mid October.
“We had always planned to release the berths with incremental price increases as sales are achieved,” he said.
“Those who still want to take advantage of the introductory rate of $7990 per lineal metre will need to act quickly.”
