What do you think of the current supply & demand scenario for marina berths in and around the Gold Coast?

With many companies like Maritimo and Riviera in production on the Gold Coast, local boaties will find it harder to purchase quality berths due to the likely high demand in the near future.

Would it be easy for boaties from further north or south or even interstate to have a berth here?

It’s easy for boaties from down south to own a berth here as they can fly into Coolangatta and be on their boat within the hour. Many northern boaties may wish to escape the humid northern summer and reside on the Gold Coast. Owning the berth makes for cheap accommodation especially at premium times like Christmas or Easter.
